摘　　要：本文在阐明信息素质内涵和重要性的基础上 ,分析了高校信息素质教育及目前大学生信息素质现状 ,论述了高校图书馆在大学生信息素质教育中具有资源优势、环境优势及人才优势 ,说明高校图书馆是组织实施大学生信息素质教育的最佳场所 ,提出了今后应加强信息素质教育重要性的宣传工作。This article,on basis of clarifying the importance of the nature of information,focuses on informational education and the present situation of the education in the colleges and universityies,and expounds the informational,educational and environmental advantages of collegiate libraries in the informational quality education for the college students.This article also explains the reasons why collegiate libraries are the best places for informational quality education,and emphasizes the necessities of strengthening propaganda on informational quality education and reinforcing of the teaching on computer information retrieval in the colleges and universities.
