摘　　要：针对高校人事管理 ,分析了传统人事管理的现状及存在的问题和现代人力资源管理的特点 ,并从管理目标、思路、方法、作风、组织结构等几个方面 。Based on the pensonnel management of universities,the paper annlyzes the situation of the tnaditional pensonnel management and its pnoblems and the characteristics of modern human power nesource magngement.It expounds the transformation of the former to the latter from such angles as management target,train of thonght,method,style and onganization structure.
