摘　　要：武钢在产业调整、结构优化、机构改革的同时 ,在整体人力资源的开发和培训上更加大了投入。继续教育 ,作为终身教育的一个很重要的形式 ,其发展的强劲推动力最终还是来自于企业 ,也唯有这样 ,继续教育才能植根于企业 ,在企业发展的同时 ,长久的发展。In the process of human resource development, WISCO h as offered to its employees special training programs, according to the knowledg e structure as needed in the competitive market, especially to those of the inde pe ndent subcompanies already separated from the stem of the Group The systematic t raining programs in marketing, network introduction and E-commerce, etc. have he lped to improve their adaptability to the market.
