摘　　要：在企业中应用ERP系统有自主开发、合作开发、购买软件开发商提供的ERP系统等几种形式.企业在为ERP系统选择适当的结构平台时,必须考虑以下技术实现问题:选择适合的ERP系统结构;重视ERP系统集成;关注系统的可扩展性;确定适用的操作系统;重视系统管理;实现ERP系统与电子商务的整合.Because of complexity and high integration, to make a direct use of ERP system supplied by software developer is the main tactic for most enterprises. Purchasing ERP system may increase ROI, but may also add the complexity of corresponding infrastructure greatly, so before selecting a proper framework flat for ERP system, enterprises must consider the following technologic problems in implementation: select proper structure of ERP system; attach importance to integration of ERP system; focus on extensibility of system; fix on operation system in point; think much of system management; realize integration of ERP system and e-commerce.
