摘　　要：研究了一种新型自动壳封焊机 ,采用计算机系统控制仿形和交流连续调速的控制方案 ,实现焊枪位置与焊接速度的精确控制。试验表明 ,新型焊机可满足椭圆轨迹的焊接要求 ,且方便换型 ,具有较大的推广应用价值。A new automatic welding machine is studied and a new control method is presented, in which a computer system is used for tracking shape and constant speed control with AC motor. The welding experiments show that the new machine can meet the requirements of ellipse tracking and be worthy to speed the production applications.
