高职校企文化互动路径研究

摘　　要：高职教育具有职业性的特点,职业素质的高低不仅关系到学生是否能够实现顺利就业,还关系到高职教育的成败与否。当前,高职毕业生在职业素质方面依然存在许多问题,高职院校对学生职业素质培养的有效性不高,一个重要的原因就是高职院校校园文化与企业文化的互动性不强,互动路径混乱,不能使学生在日常学习和生活中充分认识到培养自身职业素质的重要性,不能有效引导学生自觉提高自身职业素质的积极性和主动性。The characteristics of higher vocational education with theoccupation of the occupation,the level of quality is not only related to whether the students can obtain employment smoothly,but also related to the success or failure of Higher Voca-tional education. At present,some problems still exist in the higher vocational graduates'occupation quality,higher vocational colleges is not high on the effectiveness of training students'occupation quality,interaction is an important reason for the Higher Vocational Colleges'campus culture and enterprise culture is not strong,interactive path confusion,can't make the students in daily study and life are fully aware of the importance of their own culture occupation quality,can not effectively guide students to consciously improve their enthusiasm and initiative occupation quality.
