摘　　要：教师产生问题行为的缘由是什么,表现如何,该问题行为对学生心理健康的有何影响?同时,教师应采取哪些措施以改进对教师的思想政治工作和进行科学地管理,这正是需要研究与解决的问题。Why do teachers have behavioral problems,what performances,especially how do the behavioral problems of teachers affect students' mental health?Meanwhile,what measures should be taken to improve the ideological and political work and scientific administration for teachers?Those are the very problems which are studied and solved in this paper.
