摘  要:娄底职业技术学院作为国家示范(骨干)高职院校项目建设单位,坚持以科学发展观为指导,紧贴娄底实际,服务地方区域经济社会发展,全面深化产教融合、工学结合专业教育教学改革,以娄底职业教育集团为平台,健全组织架构,探索实践"校政企行多元联动、产学研用多维驱动"校企合作办学体制机制。对接娄底能源产业,走出了一条"对接产业办专业、政府主导建专业、校矿合作强专业、行业指导兴专业"的全面服务娄底煤炭产业发展的煤矿开采技术特色专业建设发展之路,有效创建了董事会体制下的"公办民助能源产业学院",成为全国同类专业人才培养体制机制改革创新的"娄底模式"。对接娄底农机产业,主动构建了"政府引导、企业主体、院所协同、行业支持"的产学研用多维驱动的农机技术创新产学研用联盟模式。对接娄底新农村建设,有效构建了"政府主导、农民主体、学院服务、项目驱动、示范带动"的综合服务的院村合作模式。校企合作办学"三大模式"的有效实施,加快推进了学院高素质应用型技术技能人才培养模式创新,取得了优良的人才培养效益、经济效益和社会效益。Loudi Vocational and Technical College, as a project construction unit of national backbone vocational college, adheres to the scientific development outlook as guidance, is close to Loudi actual situation, serves for the local regional economic and social development, and deepens comprehensively the teaching reform of professional education of production education inte-gration, engineering and learning combination, taking Loudi occupation education group as a platform, perfect organizational struc-ture, explore and practice school and enterprise cooperation mechanism of“multivariate correlation of college, government, enter-prise and industry, and multidimensional drive of production, education, research and application”.Butting joint with Loudi ener-gy industry, Loudi Vocational and Technical College has a characteristic profession construction way of coal mining technology that“docking industry builds specialty, government’ s leading builds specialty, college and enterprise cooperation strengthens special-ty, industry’ s guidance enhances specialty”, effectively create a “energy industry college of the public and people help” under the system of board of directors, become the“Loudi mode” of system and mechanism innovation of similar professional talents cul-tivation.Loudi agricultural industry docking, take the initiative to build a multi-dimensional research union mode of"government guidance, enterprise main body, institute collaboration, industry support"for the agricultural technology innovation.Docking Lou-di new rural construction, effectively establishes the integrated service mode of college and village cooperation of “government leading, farmer main body, school service, project drive, demonstration".The effective implementation of the“three modes"of school and enterprise cooperation, accelerates the cultivation mode innovation of the high-quality applied skill talents of colleges, gains excellent talent cultivation benefit, economic benefit and social benefit.
