摘  要:目的 :将苄乙氧胺氯加入复合树脂中 ,用以充填龋洞 ,探讨其防龋效果。方法 :将苄乙氧胺氯按 3%的比例加入复合树脂中 ,充填 30例 5 0颗乳磨牙 ,并对苄乙氧胺氯复合树脂的径向抗张强度、抗压强度、硬固时间、硬度及抑菌能力进行检测 ,与普通复合树脂进行比较。结果 :1.苄乙氧胺氯复合树脂组 5 0颗牙除 6颗生理性吸收 ,5颗充填物脱落 ,其余 39颗充填物完好 ,无继发龋。普通树脂充填组 7颗发生生理性吸收 ,4颗充填物脱落 ,10颗发生继发龋。 2 .两组树脂的理化性能无明显差异。结论 :苄乙氧胺氯复合树脂具有预防龋洞充填后产生继发龋的特点。Objective:Benzethonium chloride was added to composite resin, which was then used to fill carious cavity. And we analysed its anticaries effect.Methods:First, we added benzethonium chloride to composite resin in a ratio of 3%. Then we investigated its diametral tensile strength,compressive strength,hardening time,hardness and anticarious ability, and compared the results with traditional composite resin. We also used this mixed material to fill 50 deciduous molars'cavity in 30 young patients.Results: Benzethonium Chloride composite resin group have 6 physiological absorptions , 5 filling exfoliations and no secondary caries. While traditional composite resin group have 7 physiological absorptions, 4 filling exfoliations and 10 secondary caries. Both kinds of resin have not significant difference in physiochemical character.Conclusions:Composite resin with Benzethonium Chloride can inhibit the occurrence of secondary caries.
