摘　　要：阐述了太原理工大学狠抓科研管理创新 ,促进成果转化所采取的措施 :建立激励机制 ,组建虚拟化工程研究开发学院和科技服务团队 ,将科技成果进行集成、套装 ,以系统工程的形式进入市场等 。The authors expound the stress of the scientific rese ar ch creation in Taiyuan University of Technology and put forward some measures to promote the transference of achievements,such as:to set up the stimulating syst em,to establish the project research cultivation in the form of teams in order t o serve the science and technology,to make scientific achievements integrated an d packed,and to enter the market in the form of systematic projects so as to spe ed up the services to the local economy construction.
