摘　　要：研究了用固定化脂肪酶(Rhizomucormiehei酯酶RMIM和CandidaantarcticaNovozym435)催化合成乙酸异戊酯,考察了酶的类型和用量、反应时间、温度及摇动速度对酯化反应的影响。Isoamyl acetate production was investigated using immobilized Rhizomucor miehei and Candida antarctica Novozym 435 lipases in a solvent-free system The influences of the enzyme type and amount,reaction time, temperature and shaking rate on esterification were examined
