摘　　要：为了适应新世纪经济发展的要求 ,写作科学必须从写作的主体、客体、载体、受体诸因素中更新观念 ;写作必须从少数人普及到广大人民群众。只有把写作科学提高到物质和精神的生产力的高度来认识、理解 ,才能提高人们的写作能力和水平 。Writing science should be renovated in its concepts from the factors such as subject,object,carrier and acceptant in order to meet the demand of the epochal economic development.Writing should be popularized and writing science must be apprehanded in terms of the enhancement of spititual and material productivities.Only in this way can the ability of writing be improved,which makes the writing science more serviceable to economic development.
