摘　　要：在观测了荷花开花习性和规律的基础上,采用正交试验设计方法开展了两次荷花鲜切花的化学保鲜试验,筛选出了最佳试验组合,使荷花鲜切花的货架期由2～3d延长到6～7d。The test of chemical fresh-keeping for cutting flowers of water lily is briefed in this paper. The results demonstrate that the fitting cutting time of water lily flower for fresh-keeping is the ninth day; the STS and sucrose are two determinative factors affecting the flowering rate of cutting flowers in the four chemical reagents; and the best fresh-keeping method for water lily cutting flowers is predisposition plus fresh-keeping solution.
