摘　　要：面对新世纪新形势 ,高职院校要按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求 ,从大局和实际出发 ,进一步加强系党组织建设 ,抓好入党积极分子队伍建设 ,切实提高发展学生党员质量 ,为培养社会主义事业的接班人和高素质劳动者作出更大的贡献。In the new century,facing the new situation,higher vocational colleges must,based on the requirement of'Three Represents',proceed from the situation as a while to strengthen the construction of theParty branches at departmental level and the training of activist troops to improve the qualities of recruits,so as to train more and more and more successors and high quality workers to the course of socialism.
