摘　　要：对我国10多个省市近20几所试点校及传统校的管理模式、学训之间的关系、招生和学生就业之间的关系、后勤保障和经费的来源、投入及使用情况等多个方面进行全面的调查并分析,着重对篮球队伍的建设、发展,提出相应的对策。This paper carried through investigations and analyses on the mode of management, with the emphasis on the relationship between the training and study of the students, students enrollment and their employment after graduation, as well as logistics support and expenditure of funds. With the focus on the management of basketball teams, this paper puts forward some suggestions
