摘　　要：轻量化技术是为改善燃油消耗的基本方向,汽车制造公司将原来的车身+车架改进为整体式车身,下一步将着眼于材料代换,采用铝、镁、塑料和合成材料代替钢,同时进一步优化设计,文革对汽车制造与成本、寿命周期、制造工艺、性能、重量、安全性、回用性等方面进行了分析。Lightening technology is the fundamental orientation to improve fuel consumption. Automotive manufacturers change the original body plus frame into integrated body. Next step is aimed at substitution of material, adopting aluminum, magnesium, plastic and synthetic material to replace steel, at the same time, further optimum design is worked out. This paper analyzes the car manufacture and cost, life cycle, manufacturing process, performance, weight, safely, recycle etc, introduces the application prospect of light material in the car.
