摘 要:测定了壳聚糖 百里香酚复合物及其单体对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、棒状杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度 ,并研究了配比浓度、pH值、乳化剂对复合物抑菌活性的影响 .结果表明 ,0 .5g/L壳聚糖 0 .12 5 g/L百里香酚复合物对 6种菌都有明显的抑制作用 ,比单体的抑菌范围变宽了 ,并且抑菌时间比单体有不同程度的延长 ,说明壳聚糖和百里香酚复合后明显地提高抑菌活性 .0 .5 g/L壳聚糖与 0 .12 5g/L或 0 .2 5g/L百里香酚的复合物对 6种菌均有较长的抑菌时间 ;壳聚糖 百里香酚复合物一般在弱酸性范围才具有抑菌效果 ;以吐温 80作乳化剂所得百里香酚液及复合物的抑菌效果较司班 2The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of chitosan, thymol and their complexes were evaluated against Staphylococcua aureus, Staphylococcua epidermis, Corynebact xerosics, Escherichia coli, Bacterium aeruginosa and Candida albicans. The effect of conditions such as concentration, pH value, emulsion were also studied. Results showed that, the complex 0.5 g/L chitosan and 0.125 g/L thymol could inhibit growth of all the tested microorganisms, and the inhibitory time of the complex is longer than that of chitosan and thymol. These resluts demonstrated that the complexes of chitosan and thymol significantly impoved the antimicrobial activity. The effect of conditions indicated that the complexes of 0.5 g/L chitosan and 0.125 g/L or 0.25 g/L thymol inhibited growth of all the microorganisms tested for a longer time. The complexes of chitosan and thymol had stronger inhibitory effects normally in weak acid condition. Inhibitory effects of thymol emulsion made by adding tween-80 and the complexes of chitosan and thymol emulsion were better than those made by adding span-20.
