适应社会经济发展需要 加强高等学校的产学研结合

摘　　要：文章分析了高等学校实施产学研结合的重要意义和现状,并对高等学校进一步加强产学研结合进行了初步的思考。高等学校实施产学研结合具有重要意义。目前,我国高等学校实施产学研结合形成的高等学校产业已经初具规模。但是,长期以来,由于对高等学校产业功能认识的局限性,教育与科研、经济脱节的局面尚未从根本上得到突破以及体制上更深层次问题等原因,我国高等学校产业的发展受到制约和束缚。建立现代企业制度是高等学校科技产业发展的必由之路,应进一步加强实施产学研结合,在传统方式的基础上,探索建立高等学校内部科技成果转化的新模式;通过多层次、全方位地实施产学研结合,探索建立既出人才、又出成果的应用研究基地、创新型高级专门人才的实践基地和科技成果转化的推广基地。This paper analyzes the significance and prospect of the combination of production, learning and research of colleges and puts forward the thought for colleges on how to strengthen this combination further more than ever.Colleges' combination of production, learning and research is of great significance. Presently, the implementation of integrating scientific research into education in high education schools has taken its primary shape and formed a certain scale. Nevertheless, due to a historical restriction of people's recognition on the functions of public educational production,the situation of education which does not go along with scientific research and economic development has never been improved basically and those problems in deep layers have not yet been resolved, which greatly hindered the overall development of universities and colleges in China.It is necessary for colleges to build up the modern enterprise management system, take measures to make full use of fruit of the science and technology and establish the new base for application research for producing more specialized researcher.
