摘　　要：对天津市继续医学教育工作进行了回顾和评估，按照依法治教、按需施教、学用结合、不断创新的原则，建立长效管理和运行机制，营造良好的政策环境，创新管理手段和方法，制定评估指标体系，使“培养教育--考核管理—晋升使用”进一步升华为“开发资源--规范管理—终生受益”的工作模式，有效地推动了继续医学教育工作发展。This article review and evaluated the work of Tianjin Continue Medical Education (CME). According to the principle of the control education by law, teaching for needing, combination learning and using, keeping fashion new, constituting a mechanism for long time management and circulate, and building up a better policy environment, creating a new management methods and measure, constituting evaluation index system, Carry the original model of cultivate and education & examination management & promote utility more sublimes to the model of exploiture resource & management standardization & lifetime benefit. So that it can impulse CME progress more effectively.
