摘 要:目的:对比研究乏氧显像剂99Tcm-HL91和肿瘤阳性显像剂99Tcm-MIBI诊断S180恶性纤维肉瘤的可能性。方法:11只S180恶性纤维肉瘤小鼠模型经尾静脉注射99Tcm-HL91后,取其中5只,分别于注射后1?6、1、2、4和6小时行全身平面显像,利用感兴趣区(ROI)技术,计算不同时相的肿瘤?健侧肌肉、头部、胸部、腹部的放射性比值。另6只随机分为两组,分别于注射后1小时和6小时处死,取血、肌肉、肿瘤,称重并测量放射性,计算单位重量的肿瘤?血(T?B)、肿瘤?肌肉(T?NT)放射性比值。再取5只S180小鼠经尾静脉注射99Tcm-MIBI,于注射后1?6小时和2小时行全身平面显像,用ROI技术计算肿瘤?健侧肌肉放射性比值。结果:99Tcm-HL91显像组1~6小时肿瘤部位均显示清晰,肿瘤?健侧肌肉的放射性比值随时间延长而增加,6小时时与1小时相比差异显著(P<0.01)。肿瘤与头部、胸部也有较高的对比度。99Tcm-HL91解剖组1小时时T?NT、T?B分别为1.501±0.467和1.256±0.308,6小时时T?NT、T?B分别为6.377±1.296和3.633±1.140,两组差异均显著。99Tcm-MIBI显像组的肿瘤部位显示不清晰,1?6小时和2小时的肿瘤?健侧肌肉的放射性比值无差异(P>0.05)。99Tcm-MIBI显像2小时时的肿瘤?肌肉放射性比值与同期99Tcm-HL91显像组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。Objective:To evaluate applicability of 99 Tc m -HL91in detecting malignant fibrosarcoma and comparing the re-sults with 99 Tc m -MIBI.Methods:Five S180malignant fibrosarcoma bearing mice underwent static whole body planar imaging at1*/6,1,2,4and6hour after injection of 99 Tc m -HL91.ROIs were drawn around the tumor,head,chest,contralateral mus-cles and abdomen in whole body planar images,and radioactivity ratios of tumor to head,chest,abdomen and contralateral muscles were calculated.Five S180malignant fibrosarcoma bearing mice underwent static planar imaging after injection of 99 Tc m -MIBI,at early phase(10min)and delayed phase(2hour).Six S180malignant fibrosarcoma bearing mice divided into two groups were killed at1hour and6hour respectively.Then the tumor,blood and muscle tissues were sampled,weighted and radioactivity was measured.Radioactivity ratio of tumor to blood(T*/B)and tumor to muscles(T*/NT)were calculated.Re sults:Tumor to contralateral muscle ratio for 99 Tc m -HL91continued to increase until6hour (2.797at1hour,3.663at2hour,4.208at4hour and4.995at6hour)on planar images.No significant tumor to contralateral muscle radioactivity in2hour images of 99 Tc m -MIBI mice(tumor to muscle ratio:1.063±0.154)was found.While increased tumor radioactivity was identitified(tumor to muscle ratio:3.663±1.399)in images of 99 Tc m -HL91mice at the same phase,there was significant difference (t=4.131,P<0.01)between the two groups.The T*/B ratios and T*/NT ratios of 99 Tc m -HL91tumor model groups were significantly higher at6hour than that at1hour (P<0.01,respectively).Con clusion:Compared with 99 Tc m -MIBI imaging,99 Tc m -HL91is of much more diagnostic value in detection of malignant soft tissue tumors.
