摘 要:目的 :研究进食糖后患龋情况不同者健康牙面或龋洞内菌斑 pH的变化规律 ,为进一步探明龋病的发病机制提供依据。方法 :采用接触法直接在原位测定菌斑pH在漱糖后 1h内的变化。实验分 3组 ,分别为无龋组 (CF)、普通龋组 (CIA)和龋活跃组 (CA) ,三组均测定健康牙面菌斑pH的变化 ,龋活跃组另外测定龋洞内菌斑pH的变化 ,绘制 pH随时间变化的曲线 ,对菌斑基线pH(pHrest)、pH下降的最低值 (pHmin)、pH的下降幅度 (△pH)及 30min内的曲线下面积 (AUC30 )进行方差分析。结果 :各组菌斑 pH在漱糖后均下降 ,约 5~ 1 0min后达到最低值 ,随后缓慢上升 ,1h左右可恢复至用糖前的水平 ;三组健康牙面菌斑 pH的变化相似 ,pHrest、pHmin、△pH、AUC30 均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;龋活跃组龋洞内菌斑 pH在漱糖后的变化趋势与三组健康牙面相似 ,但龋洞内菌斑的 pHrest明显较健康牙面低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,用糖后 pH的下降更为明显 ,pHmin和AUC30 均较健康牙面小 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5) ,且恢复到用糖前基线水平所需时间亦较长。结论 :龋洞内的菌斑产酸力较健康牙面高 。AIM:To study the Stephan curve of pH respon se of dental plaque in sound and carious sites of caries-free?-inactive and-activ e individuals.METHODS:The dental plaque pH of sound and caries cavities was determined in situ with a pH microelectrode within 1h after sucros e challenge. Then the resting pH value(pH rest ), minimum pH value after suc rose rinsing(pH min ), the range of the pH (△pH) and area under curve withi n 30 min(AUC 30 ) were analyzed.RESULTS:All the pH respons e in the plaque following a sucrose rinsing showed a classic Stephan-type respon se. Caries status of the individual was unrelated to plaque pH in comparable non -carious sites.The difference of the pH rest ?pH min ?△pH and AUC 30 in sound sites were no statistic significance(P>0.05). However the chan ge in the caries cavities was more pronounced than on the sound sites.There were significant differences on the pH rest ?pH min and AUC 30 betwee n carious and sound sites(P<0.01 or P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The cariogenicity of plaque in the carious lesions was stronger than on the sound sites.
