摘　　要：在新的社会历史条件下 ,市场对人才综合素质的要求越来越高 ,公众对医疗市场的关注程度亦与日俱增 ,医学毕业生就业压力不断增大。近年来 ,在各类毕业生面试过程中 ,医学毕业生出现了多例由于综合素质未能达到期望值、面试效果不理想而导致的最终落选。这些使我们认识到转变医学生培养与就业指导模式已是刻不容缓 ,全新的学生培养与就业指导模式———“生涯发展辅导加求职指导”———顺应时代而出 ,并显现出多方面的优势 ,必将成为今后医学高等教育研究一个重要课题。In our new social-historic conditions, requirements of the comprehensive qualities of elitists become higher and higher and the publics now pay much more attention to the medical service market, all these strand medical students in the employment difficulties. Companies or universities did not prefer to employing some medical graduates whose performances in some important interviews were not satisfactory recent years. We come to realize that it is necessary and urgent to change the models of medical students' education and trainings. A new one named 'career development training' appeared not long ago and should be an important research point of higher education for medicine.
