摘　　要：基于现代海洋环境和经济发展的要求 ,论述了水下多目标跟踪技术的重要性 ,详细讨论了过去几十年来多目标跟踪技术的发展 ,探讨了水下多目标跟踪中的关键技术 ,指出了未来水下多目标跟踪技术的发展趋势。The paper shows the importance and necessity of underwater multitarget tracking based on the requirements of future oceanic surroundings and economical development, discusses the development of underwater multitarget tracking in recent few decades, studies the key technology of the tracking, and finally gives the prospect of the tracking.
