试论新疆锡伯族双语教学问题

摘　　要：论述了新疆锡伯族双语教学现状,分析了存在的问题,并提出了对策建议。认为,要进一步提高对锡伯语文教学意义、作用的认识,确立锡伯语文在锡伯族教育中不可动摇的地位,按语言教学规律进行教学,处理好锡、汉语文教学的关系,加强组织领导,保证经费投入,搞好双语教学研究、教材建设、师资培养培训,探索具有新疆特色的锡、汉双语教学的路子,不断提高教学质量。The paper tells something about the modern states of bilingual education of Sibe Nationality in Xinjiang, the existing problems, the related solutions and proposals. The author thinks that the recognition of the importance of Sibe language education should be promoted further, and that the unstable position of Sibe language in education should be set up, and that linguistic education should be given according to its rules. So we should deal with the relationships between Sibe and Chinese language education, enhance organization and guarantee the costs invested, make good at bilingual education research, building of teaching material and teachers' training. Thus we can explore a new way of bilingual education with Xinjiang characteristics and improve the education quality constantly.
