食管上皮细胞增生和癌症病人发硒水平的观察

摘　　要：对鹤壁市郊区食管癌上皮细胞增生和癌症病人的发硒进行测定,结果为轻度增生、重度增生、食管癌病人3组与正常组发硒含量的比值分别为0.8609、0.7384、0.6812,各组发硒水平经统计学处理,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示食管上皮细胞的增生越严重,发硒含量越低。The selenium contents in the hair of the people with normal epithelium, mild or severe epithlial hyperplasia, and the patients with esophageal cancer were analyzed with fluorescent method. The results showed that the ratios of the hair selenium contents of the normal group to those of the groups of mild hyperplasia, severe hyperplasia, and carcinoma were 0.8609, 0.7384 and 0.6812 respectively. After statistical treatment, it was demonstrated that difference of the hair selenium levels was extremely significant (P<0.01) and that the higher the hyperplasia grade, the lower the selenium contents in the hair.
