高师体育教育专业体操必修课程改革现状与发展趋势的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查问卷法、数理统计法 ,对高师体育教育专业体操必修课课程目标、教学内容的优化整合进行分析研究。认为 :体操必修课程教学内容选择应以体现社会发展和学生的需要为前提 ,构建以健身体操为主的体操教学内容体系。By methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics, this paper studied the optimization and conformity of the teaching objective and content of the compulsory gymnastics course in normal colleges and universities. It was suggested that the teaching contents of gymnastics should be determined according to the social development and students' needs, and that the major content of gymnastics should focus on fitness exercise.
