摘  要:从市售茶叶中分离培养出大量的黄曲霉和烟曲霉等。用黄曲霉提取物注入小鼠腹腔可引起死亡。用100℃或75℃的无菌水,浸泡茶叶15min,可杀死其中的霉菌,但不能破坏毒素,提示发霉茶叶不宜饮用。We isolated and cultured a lot of Aspergillus flavus Link and Aspergillus fumigatus Fresenius from the tea purchased from the market. The intraperitoneal injection of the extract of AFL would kill the mice which received it. After the tea was submerged in 100℃ or 75℃ sterlized water for 15 minutes, the fungi would be killed, but their mycotoxin could not be destroyed. The results suggest that we should not drink the tea made from the moulded tealeaf.
