摘　　要：The main result of this paper is the following. Theorem If (V^8,T) is a differentiable (Z_2)~k-action on a closed ma- nifold whose set of stationary points is *US^i,then i=1,2,4,8,and (V^S, T) is bodant to ([FP(2)]~2^(j-1),T_(j-1)Z_2),where T_(j-1) is the twist and FP(2) is appropriats projective plane.
