摘　　要：知识经济时代的到来以及高校各项改革的进行 ,给高校的财会人员提出了新的要求。高校财会人员的综合素质有待提高 ,高校财务队伍的人员结构、知识结构需要调整。本文对高校财务队伍建设的必要性作了深刻论述 ,对高校财务人员的现状进行了客观分析 。The coming of knowledge economy and reforms in college put forth new demand for financial personnel. The personnel structure,and knowledge structure requires adjustment. This paper expounds the necessity of building a team of financial personnel,analyzes objectively the status quo and points out ways of training financial personnel.
