摘　　要：介绍了葵花籽油的脱蜡工艺过程,对葵花籽油脱蜡的主要工序进行了阐述,对脱蜡过程中的问题及处理方法等进行了探讨。The technics of dewaxing sunflower seed oil is introduced, and the main procedures of dewaxing sunflower seed oil are expounded. The problems that maybe be met in the procedures and the solutions are discussed.
