摘　　要：目的 :观察间接性山羊颞颌关节 (TMJ)损伤后其关节盘的组织学变化 .方法 :用自制撞击装置间接性造成山羊双侧颞颌关节损伤 ,于伤后 3mo处死取材 ,并用组织学进行观察 ,正常山羊关节盘作为对照 .结果 :TMJ损伤后关节盘厚薄不一 ,部分关节盘后带区出现穿孔前改变 .组织学发现 :关节盘严重扭曲 ,关节盘纤维组织变性、断裂 ,关节盘表面结构破坏 ,其破坏程度越靠近关节下腔表面越强 .结论AIM: To investigate the structural changes in discs of the temporomandibular joints (TMJ) in goats after indirect trauma. METHODS: TMJ of the goats were traumatized by an impact to their right and left mandibular angles with a self-made device. The goats were killed 3 months after the trauma. The TMJ discs were examined histologically and the normal TMJ discs were used as control. RESULTS: The traumatized discs were thinned to different degrees and some posterior bands of articular disc were perforated. The histological examination indicated that the discs were severely denatured and so were the fibers of the articular discs. CONCLUSION: Indirect trauma on the goat TMJ can cause damage to the articular discs.
