摘　　要：分析了影响物料需求计划 (MaterialRequirementPlanning,MRP)实施效果的提前期设置中存在的模型和功能两大方面的问题 .借鉴漏斗模型和最优生产技术 (OptimizedProductionTechnology,OPT)的思想 ,提出了引入能力负荷状况 ,提前期的设置与能力负荷计划同时产生的MRP改进模式 .It analyses the existent problem on the lead time setup of MRP(Material Requirement Planning). According to the funnel model and the OPT(Optimized Production Technology) theory, a description of improved MRP model was given. The lead time setup and the capacity load plan were made simultaneously in this model.
