摘 要:运用最小二乘法 ,根据线性系统输出与输入的依存关系 ,结合相关原理 ,研究了辨识系统的纯滞后等参数 ,这种方法较利用阶跃输入的延迟响应长度求取纯滞后时间常数的方法精度高 ,抗干扰能力强。在此基础上采用单纯形法对PID参数进行基于时间乘绝对误差积分 (ITAE)指标的最优整定。仿真结果表明 ,该整定方法易于实现 ,且控制效果优于常规PID控制。将该方法应用于铍青铜真空热处理炉温度控制系统 ,解决了工业现场人工整定的繁琐和费时的困难 。In this paper, basing on the relationship of line system output and input, the least squares method is combined with correlation theory to identify the parameter of process model, such as pure delay time constant, etc. Obtaining the pure delay time constant by the method in this paper is more precise than the delay response length of step input. The method provides with strong capability of resisting interference. Then an optimized tuning of PID parameter was carried out using optimized method of many variables with no restriction based on the target of integral of time multiplied absolute error (ITAE). The simulation result showed that the method can be achieved easily and the control effect is better than routine PID control method. Using the method in temperature control system of beryllium\|bronze heat treatment, the problems of manual tuning which is difficult and needs long times in location is solved and the control effect is better than routine PID control method too.
