摘　　要：高雅文艺是民族精神、民族情感、民族性格和民族形象的艺术特征 ,高雅文艺的生产充分体现了民族先进文化的前进方向和发展要求。文艺生产中本来就存在着艺术价值与交换价值相背离的情况 ,在高雅文艺生产中又显得特别突出 ,导致了高雅文艺生产与经济发展的不平衡。高雅文艺追求的是审美价值 ,是一种复杂的审美话语 ,它本身所具有的创造性使其需要不断地超越自己 ,越超市俗的情趣 ,超越市场选择。因为高雅文艺标志着一个民族的文化和文明程度 ,是民族文化长期积累和发展的结果 ,所以对于高雅文艺生产的扶持也是政府的职责。The elegant art is an art characteristic of national spirit, national emotion, national character and national image. Its production embodies the advancement directions and development requirements. In the art production exists a departure of art values from exchange values, especially in the elegant art, which resulted in an unbalance between elegant art production and economic development. The elegant art is in pursuit of aesthetic value and is a kind of complicated aesthetic words. The creation in itself makes it constantly surpass itself, common interests and market choice. For the elegant art symbolizes the culture and civilization of a nation, it is a function of government to support the elegant art production.
