摘　　要：如何建设一支拥有高学历、又有高临床技能的医师队伍是临床医学界的当务之急。本文从三个部分展开讨论:临床医师队伍既需高学历又需高技能的必要性;高学历和高技能之间现有的问题和原因;建设高学历、高技能医师队伍的对策与建议。How to develop clinical physicians of high academic credential and high technical ability is a critical task for clinical medicine. The article discusses the issue in 3 aspects: 1. The necessary for clinical physicians of high academic credential and high technical ability. 2. The current problems and the causes between high academic credential and high technical ability. 3. The strategies and suggestions on developing clinical physicians of high academic credential and high technical ability.
