摘　　要：体育团队精神是体育团队所有成员理想信念、价值追求、道德修养、意志品质的整合并在团队整体作风、纪律性、凝聚力和士气等方面的综合体现。它标志全队成员在思想、观念、情感、行为方面的有序化和一体化程度。是一支运动队良性发展的精神支柱和灵魂。它所涵盖的主要内容有:爱国主义、集体主义思想;团队规范意识;共同的目标感;高凝聚力;高士气;协同性。体育团队精神在文化育人和运动训练、竞赛过程中具有重要作用。培养和形成体育团队精神是提高运动队综合制胜力的一个重要方面。Team spirit in sports is the unification of faith,value conception,morality,character and discipline of all members in a team and is a comprehensive demonstration of team character,disciplinary, unity and moral.It indicates the order and integration in thoughts,conception,emotion and behavior, and is a spiritual power of a sport team.Team spirit mainly contains patriotism,collectivism, team disciplinary,sense of common objectives,strong unity,high moral and good cooperation.Team spirit in sports plays an important role in physical education,training and competition.To cultivate and shape the team spirit is a decisive factor in enhancing the integrative strength of a sport team.
