摘　　要：对社会变革时期我国高等教育目标、人才培养模式及运作机制等几个方面作了分析,期望通过推进教育的创新和结构调整,完善教育质量保证体系。并对教育改革实践的几个重要问题进行了思考。This paper analyzes higher education from the aspects of objectives, talent training models, and operating mechanisms in new situations in the hope of enhancing the education innovation and structural adjustment, perfecting guaranteeing system for education quality. Moreover, this paper discusses some important problems in the practice of educational reform.
