摘 要:为对木质纤维素水解糖液进行酒精发酵 ,同时代谢葡萄糖和木糖成酒精的 9个菌种以木糖为唯一碳源进行驯化 ,从中选出 3个菌株。并对 3个菌株进行固定化 ,进行酒精发酵研究 ,以进一步阐明该菌株代谢葡萄糖和木糖成酒精的能力。以总糖利用率、葡萄糖和木糖利用率、酒精产率为指标 ,3株菌具有较好的同时发酵葡萄糖和木糖成酒精的能力。PachysolentannophilisATCC 32 72 8的总糖 (5 %葡萄糖和 2 %木糖 )利用率达到了 85 .0 8% (36h) ,葡萄糖的利用率为99.2 1% (36h) ,木糖利用率 80 .38% (36h) ,菌株CadidashehataeATCC 34887的酒精产率达到理论值的 82 .91%。Nine strains of fermenting glucose and xylose simultaneously were domesticated with the xylose as the sole carbon source from which 3 strains were selected for converting hydrolysates of lignocellulose to ethanol by microorganisms.The selected strains were immobilized and introduced to ethanol fermentation in order to demonstrate the abilities of utilization rate,glucose utilization rate,xylose utilization rate and ethanol yield. Pachysolen tannophilis ATCC 32728 had higher ability to convert glucose and xylose simultaneously to ethanol with substance utilization rate of total glucose and xylose (5% glucose and 2% xylose) is near 85.08%(36h),the utilization of glucose is 99.21% after 36h fermentation,and 80.38% of xylose is consumed after 36h incubation.Ethanol theoretical value of Cadida shehatae ATCC 34887 reached to 82.91%.
