摘　　要：以德治教是高校贯彻实施“以德治国”重要思想的具体体现。实施以德治教必须从理论上搞清楚其内涵与外延,主要包括:领导体制、主体、核心、难点、根本归宿等问题。Running a college by moral education is the embodiment of an important thought that colleges carry out administering our country by moral education.Carrying out running a college by moral education,we must understand its intension and extention in theory,which mainly including leader system,entity,nucleus,difficulty,cardinal destination etc.
