关于科学、健康饮酒方式的研究现状与展望

摘　　要：白酒是中华民族的宝贵财富,在中国老百姓的心目中有着很高的地位。如今,由于缺乏对白酒与人体健康方面系统、科学的研究,使人们对白酒的认识与如何健康饮酒的问题认识模糊,是健康问题成为了阻碍行业的发展的瓶颈。对近几年关于对白酒饮用方式研究现状进行总结与分析,提出了正确饮用中国白酒的方法,并对在全社会范围内建立健康饮酒文化进行了展望,以期能倡导人们健康、科学、合理饮酒。The Chinese Liquor is the precious treasure of Chinese nation, plays a important role in the mind of Chinese civilians. Nowadays, insufficient scientific research on liquor and human health obscures people's recognition on liquor as well as on how to drink healthily, which makes health issue bottleneck the development of liquor industry. In this paper,the research situation of liquor drinking ways have been summarized and analyzed,and the ways to drink Chinese liquor correctly have been proposed , and make a prospect on building healthy drinking culture in the whole society to propose to drink healthily,scientifically and appropriately.
