蒙授护生实习期间职业危害因素调查

摘　　要：目的:调查并分析职业暴露对蒙授护生临床实习过程中的危害,了解蒙授护生对防护知识的掌握情况,降低职业暴露发生,同时为学校针对蒙授护生在岗前培训中加入职业防护教育内容提供依据.方法:采用访谈及自制问卷进行回顾性问卷调查方法对我院146名同学进行调查,通过问卷显示出蒙授护生发生职业暴露的相关性危害.结果:54%的护生不完全了解传染性病院,50%不明确常用防护措施,44%不明确接触体液血液后的处理方法.结论:实习中防护意识淡漠,相关知识缺乏,自我防护能力较差,是发生护生职业危害的主要因素.Objective:To investigate and analyze the hazard caused by occupational exposure in the process of clinical practice for Mongolian nursing students, to understand their mastery of protective knowledge, so as to reduce occupational exposure, and to provide the basis for school to add the content of occupational protective education in pre-service training for Mongolian nursing students. Methods: Using self-made questionnaire and interview methods to retrospectively investigate 146 students in our college. Through questionnaire to show the Mongolian nursing students' hazards related with occupational exposure. Results:54%of the nursing students didn't know infectious disease, 50%was ambiguity in the common protective measures, and 44%was not clear about handling method after contacting with body fluids or blood. Conclusion:In the Mongolian nursing students' internship, weak protective consciousness, lack of relevant knowledge and poor self-protection ability, are the main factors of occupational hazards.
