摘　　要：供应链作为一种参与市场竞争的有效模式 ,已经被许多企业接受。但是 ,由于供应链链式结构的特点 ,使得供应链存在很大的风险 ,供应链企业相互依赖、相互影响 ,任何一个环节出现问题都会波及整个供应链。笔者总结了供应链风险的主要来源 ,给出了供应链风险的评估方法 ,并进行了应用分析 。As a kind of effective mode in the market competition, the supply chain has already been accepted by a lot of enterprises. Due to the structural characteristics of the supply chain, there exists great risk. The supply chain enterprises are interdependent, and must work in coordination. Any problem that occurred in any link would influence the entire supply chain. Authors summarized the main risk sources in the supply chain and provide their assessment method. The method is practiced in application, and the results analyzed, from which the countermeasures for preventing the supply chain risk are suggested.
