摘  要:通过定容弹自由喷雾试验分析了喷油压力、环境压力及环境温度对缸内直喷汽油机用6孔喷油器喷雾特性的影响.为获得适用于高压汽油喷雾破碎模拟的数值模型,基于喷孔出口处喷雾已完全雾化的假设,对喷雾初始粒径由2?-分布采样并结合喷雾贯穿距对喷雾液滴初始速度进行修正,二次破碎模拟采用Huh-Gosman模型对定容室内喷雾雾化过程进行了模拟.与喷雾试验结果相比,修正后的喷雾破碎模型无论是外观形态还是喷雾贯穿距以及索特平均直径(SMD)均与实际喷雾很好地贴合,为汽油喷雾破碎模拟探索出一条适用且便捷的途径.Effects of injection pressure,ambient pressure and temperature on spray characteristics of a 6-hole injector in GDI engine was studied by free spray test in constant volume bomb. To get an applicable numerical model for spray break-up simulation of high pressure gasoline,the atomization process of spray in the constant volume bomb was simulated on the basis of the assumption that spray is fully atomized at nozzle-hole exit. The particle diameter of primary droplet is sampled by,2?-distribution and the droplet velocity is modified following spray penetration distance,while the second break-up is simulated by Huh-Gosman model. Compared with the test results,not only the configuration but also the penetration distance and even the SMD of spray with modified break-up model agrees well with the real spray. This work provides an applicable and convenient approach for the break-up simulation of gasoline spray.
