摘　　要：为了有效地回收豆油脱臭馏出物中富含的活性物质———生育酚,选择尿素包合的方法 该方法可以通过尿素对豆油脱臭馏出物中饱和脂肪酸的包合作用,除去饱和脂肪酸,使得生育酚浓度得到提高 研究了尿素用量、甲醇用量、冷析温度和冷析时间对包合效果的影响规律,并对影响因素进行了优化试验 优化试验确定的最佳包合条件为:浓缩20g大豆油脱臭馏出物需尿素60g、甲醇350ml、冷析温度5℃、冷析时间10h,可使α 生育酚纯度提高5倍多,而回收率可保持85%以上。For effectively recovering tocopherols from soybean deodorized sludge (SDS), urea inclusion method was applied. Saturated fatties can be removed from SDS by urea inclusion method, so that to increace the concentration of tocopherols. Influence of urea dosage, methanol dosage, temperature and time for cool separatingout on urea inclusion effect was studied and optimization test on influencing parameters was done. It was found that optimum parameters include urea dosage 3g/g SDS, methanol dosage 17.5 g/g SDS, cool separatingout temperature 5 ℃ and cool separatingout time 10 h. Under this condition, concentration of αtocopherols can be increased by more than 5 times, and recovering ratios can reach 70%-80%.
