荧光假单胞菌株M18产吩嗪-1-羧酸的条件

摘　　要：在摇瓶发酵条件下 ,研究了产吩嗪 - 1 -羧酸 ( PCA)的荧光假单胞菌 M1 8在各种碳源、氮源、盐类、温度、接种量下 PCA的分泌量 ,确定了适合 PCA分泌的最佳培养基 ( 1 L) :葡萄糖 2 0 g,肉胨2 2 g,KNO3 1 0 g;最佳培养条件 :温度 2 8°C,起始 p H 7.0 ,装瓶量 2 0 0 /5 0 0 ( m L) ,接种量 5 % ;最佳培养时间 72 h.在此条件下 ,PCA在发酵液中的浓度可达到 82 0 mg/L.Under the condition of flask fermentation, the potential ability of phenazine 1 carboxylic acid (PCA) by Pseudomonas fluorescens M18 were studied at different carbon resources, nitrogen resources, content of salts, temperature and inoculation amount. The optimized component of the culture medium (1L) is: glucose 20 g, peptone 22 g, KNO 3 10 g; the optimized culture condition is: inoculation amount 5%, start pH 7.0, media amount 200/500(mL), temperature 28 °C , culture time about 72 h. Under the above condition, the concentration of PCA is as high as 820 mg/L. The above optimized condition provided valuable data for large scale fermentation.
