摘　　要：研究生的培养是高等学校的一项重要任务。该文结合江南大学食品学院研究生培养的实际情况,对研究生专业实验室的管理体制、功能作用、设备的利用、存在的问题以及如何改进实验室的管理等进行了有益的探讨。Cultivation of graduate students is one of the major tasks of universities. This paper presented a helpful discussion on specialized laboratories for graduate students, with regard to the organization system, the functions, the instrument utilization, the existing problems and the management improvement on the basis of the conditions of graduate students cultivation of the School of Food Science and Technology of Southern Yangtze University.
