试论大学生创新教育环境的营造

摘　　要：对大学生实施创新教育,需要营造宽松的创新教育环境。而当前存在着阻滞营造这种环境的多种因素:传统文化的传承;教育体制的积淀;教育模式的存续等。构建大学生创新教育环境的主要措施有:更新高等学校教育理念;创新高等学校教育体制;培养创新型教师队伍和营造良性师生关系;加强国际交流与合作等。Implementing innova ti on education to college students needs creating the environment for it.But now there are many factors that block the creating,such as passing and inheriting o f traditional culture,depositing of educational systems,extending of educational models,etc..The main measures for constructing innovating environment are upda ting the educational ideas and renovating the educational system of higher insti tutions,developing innovative teachers and cre-ating good teacher-student relat ionship,strengthening international communication and cooperation.
