体育教育本科运动生化教学改革的探讨与思考

摘　　要：本文以全面发展的教育理念为目的 ,全面分析运动生化在体育科学及健康教育中的作用 ,面向 2 1世纪人才需求 ,开展以修订教学大纲、优化教学内容、探讨教学方法、加强实验教学、改革教学评价方法的研究。要搞好教改 ,转变教育观念是前提 ,尊重学生、因材施教是关键 ,提高教师自身素质则是必备条件。Based on the educational ideal of the development in an all-round way of the students and according to the requirement of the talent-training in 21 centenary, the paper deeply analized the function of the Exercise Biochemistry in the P.E.science and in healthcare education and the trend of the development of Exercise Boichemistry,revised the teaching-outline,optimized the teaching-content,explored the teaching-method,strengthened the experimental teaching, reformed the teaching evaluation. The results showed that: the transformation of the educational sense is the presupposition of the teaching reform; showing respect to students and different teaching for the different students are the key of the teaching reform; enhancing the quality of the teachers is the essential condition of the teaching reform.
