摘　　要：传统的以显性教育为主的思想政治教育方法 ,过于直白和彰显 ,已越来越不符合社会发展的要求 ,也越来越不能为教育对象所接受。隐性教育能有效地消除人们的逆反心理 ,能激发人们的参与意识 ,能扩大思想政治教育的覆盖面。隐性教育的必要性日益突出 。Nowadays we are facing an unprecedented time which is full of historical changes and social reforms.The traditional ideological and political education,which emphasizes dominant education,is too straightforward,it can not conform with the requirements of social development and the objects of education can not accept it.The covert education can efficiently reduce the unwilling mentality of the public and encourage their awareness of participation,and it also can extend the coverage of ideological and political education.The necessity of covert education is more and more apparent,so we should enforce the study of covert education.
