摘　　要：从对投资的认识、投资的主体、投资的渠道等方面剖析我国目前教育经费投入严重不足的原因 ,提出合理筹措经费、改善办学条件的几项具体对策 :提高人民办教育的认识 ,完善以法办学的制度 ,推进后勤服务社会化的改革 ,优化教师队伍 ,银校合作借资办学。提出合理使用教育经费 ,增强办学实力的三大举措 :“选好人”、“讲效能”、“管好物”。By analyzing the causes of inadequate educational expenses in terms of the aspects of the realization, corpus, and canal of the investment, the author puts forward some reasonable measures in collecting expenses and improving school-running condition: to promote the awareness that private capitals can be invested on education, to perfect the system of managing schools by law, to push on the reform of socialization of logistics service, to optimize teaching staff and so on. In the text, three measures are suggested: to choose the right person at the right place, to attach great importance to efficiency, to take good care of the expenses.
